This hotel is located in a great and safe area, close to a Metro station which makes it easy to access the Centro area. the hotel is also a walking distance to the Centro area which offers a lot of options for food and entertainment. the service provided is exceptional, with a helpful staff who are always willing to go above and beyond. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices available.

The furniture in the rooms might appear a bit outdated which could create a less fancy impression.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in a safe area and close to many attractions. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and even had suitable options for my toddler. The highlight of my stay was the indoor pool - it was so relaxing to swim in the warm water after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families traveling with children.

Good value hotel. Efficient and friendly staff who are always ready to help with excellent language skills. The room was well-maintained, and the reasonable price we paid was a real plus point. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us as it was close to the business district and public transportation. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and it offered a good variety of traditional and international cuisine.

The fitness center wasn’t up to our expectations as it was poorly equipped, and the air conditioning in our room was not working effectively, making us uncomfortable at night. The staff at the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and could not attend to us for extended periods of time, and some of the food items seemed stale.
